Refund policy

At Aadhya Silver, customer satisfaction is our priority.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

The product is unused

It is in original packaging

All tags are intact

Invoice is available

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Customized jewellery

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Items purchased on clearance sale

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange is subject to product availability.

Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer.

4. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

Inform us within 48 hours

Share unboxing video/photos

Email at support@aadhyasilvers.com

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned product passes quality check:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are made to original payment method

COD refunds are processed via bank transfer

6. Return Shipping

Customers may need to bear return shipping cost unless the product is defective.

Reverse pickup may be arranged depending on location.
